We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
Certain items (such as perishable goods, personal care items, or clearance products) may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@akborishop.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:
A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@akborishop.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, check your bank account or payment provider.
Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
